About Bishop Clyde Harden

Bishop Clyde E. Harden Jr. is the founder and senior pastor of the New Destiny Church in Coldspring, Texas. Bishop Harden founded the New Destiny Fellowship Church in September 2010 on love, God’s word, and a passion for helping people. He believes in the empowerment of people therefore, his motto for New Destiny Fellowship Church is “Change your mind so that you can change the world.” Bishop Harden believes that when you start changing your mind about the way you think about your family, friends, food, finances, faith, and fun, you can then help someone else change through your spiritual commitment and personal relationship with God. The Bible says in Romans 12:8 not to be conformed to this world but is transformed by the renewing of our minds. He believes that once we transform Our Lives the world will follow.

Bishop Harden has served in the youth ministry since 2002. Prior to establishing New Destiny Fellowship Church, the pastor and his family were members of the CRM City Fellowship Church in The Woodlands Texas. Bishop served under his spiritual father Bishop Leroy J Woodard Jr, the senior pastor, as their youth pastor for over 5 years. During that time, God trained and prepared him for the battlefield of ministry.

Bishop Harden is the founder of the New Destiny Council of Ministries NDCM, which is a fellowship that is designed to hold pastors and pastors’ wives to the high call of God. He is also the founder and professor of the New Destiny Council of Ministers Course (NDCM) while simultaneously leaving God’s people.

Bishop is the author of the Minister’s Manual for Ministers and the Marriage Survival Guide (His Story). He is also the co-owner of Harden Enterprise Services LLC and Team Harden Ministries.

Bishop Harden served our country for over three years in the United States Navy. He has worked for General Electric for more than 10 years. During that time, he achieved his Bachelor of Science in Business Management. He currently holds the position of Quality Manager, which means he is responsible for managing multiple hospitals throughout the United States.

Bishop Harden is the devoted husband of Lady Tonya Harden and the father of three beautiful girls, Kiana, Alana, and Madison. Never satisfied with mundane existence, Bishop Harden’s always trying to find ways to grow the ministry and the kingdom of God with more people. The best is yet to come for him and the New Destiny Church Family.

About Pastor Tonya Harden

Tonya Harden, affectionately referred to as “Lady Harden” or “Pastor T”, is the wife of Bishop Clyde E. Harden Jr., and the co-pastor of the New Destiny Church in Coldspring, Texas. A woman of virtue, poise, and grace, Lady Harden is known for her endless love and wisdom, which she pours into the women of New Destiny Church. She is devoted to the vision of the ministry and loves laboring alongside her husband to fulfill their god-given assignment.

Lady Harden is the founder of the Woman 2 Woman Real Talk Show, Pastor Wife Connection for Senior Pastor’s Wives, Leading Ladies Connection for Deaconess & Minister Wives, Ladies with Purpose for teen girls, “Women of Destiny” Ministry known as WOD. The WOD Ministry is a multicultural women’s fellowship that meets monthly to educate and impart into the lives of women. She passionately encourages women to walk in their divine Destiny. Her teachings inspire and challenge women to develop a strong relationship with God and their families. Her passion in ministry is to help women and young ladies who are broken and hurting and assisting them in achieving spiritual and emotional wholeness. Her goals are to help them see their worth and purpose through God’s eyes so that they will walk in their Divine Destiny. With the help of God, she has designed these ministries to educate and impart into the lives of women and teen girls. She passionately encourages women/teen girls to walk in their Divine destiny.
